DESCRIPTION

Sika® Primer-209 N is a black solvent based primer, which reacts with moisture and forms a thin film. This coating acts as a bond between substrates and adhesives.
Sika® Primer-209 N is specifically formulated for the treatment of bonding faces prior to the application of Sika's 1-component polyurethanes. This primer can provide excellent adhesion without a prior activation step on many substrates.

USAGE

Sika® Primer-209 N is used to improve adhesion on many plastics and paints such as ABS, PMMA, PC and acrylics, alkyd / melamine varnishes. Due to the wide variety of plastics, preliminary tests on original substrates under production conditions are mandatory.

Seek manufacturer's advice and test on original substrates before using Sika® Primer-209 N on materials prone to cracking due to internal stresses.

The product is suitable for experienced professional users only. Tests should be performed on actual substrates and conditions to ensure adhesion and material compatibility.
