Payment systems

Payment is always made when the order is confirmed. The accepted methods of payment are:

• Transfer / Bank transfer.
• Credit/debit card.
• PayPal

It is very important to indicate in the Concept of the operation and the number of the order to facilitate its identification. Once the transfer has been made, we recommend that you send the proof of payment to info@planaonline.com to start preparing the order, otherwise, until payment is received in the account, the order will not be processed.

Once we receive confirmation of the payment from our bank, we will proceed to activate your order. The delivery time is counted from this date.
