All product prices are indicated on the website. However, these prices do not include VAT.
AVAILABILITY
THE COMPANY informs the Customer that under no circumstances will THE COMPANY intentionally offer for sale more units than are available or reserved by the supplier. THE COMPANY will do its best to satisfy all its Customers in the demand for the products. In the event that the product is not available after the order has been placed, the Customer will be informed by email of the total or partial cancellation of the order. Partial cancellation of the order due to unavailability does not entitle the Customer to cancellation of the entire order. PAYMENT

DEADLINES, PLACE OF DELIVERY AND LOSSES
I. Delivery of the product
THE COMPANY undertakes to deliver the product in perfect condition to the address indicated by the Client on the order form, which in any case must be within the Territory. In order to optimise delivery, we would be grateful if the Client could indicate an address to which the order can be delivered during normal working hours. THE COMPANY shall not be liable for delivery errors caused when the delivery address entered by the Customer in the order form does not correspond to reality or has been omitted. THE COMPANY informs the Customer that it is possible that the same order may be divided into several deliveries.
II. Delivery Time
Deliveries will be made by a courier company. The order placed by you will be delivered within the maximum period requested in your product form since we have made the order confirmation. However, the COMPANY is not directly responsible for any delays that may be caused by the courier company. These delivery times are an average, and therefore an estimate. It is therefore possible that they may vary due to logistical reasons or force majeure. In the event of delays in deliveries, THE COMPANY will inform its customers as soon as it becomes aware of them. Each delivery is considered to have been made from the moment at which the transport company places the product at the disposal of the Client, which is materialised through the control system used by the transport company. In the event of delays in the delivery of orders attributable to THE COMPANY, the Customer may cancel their order in accordance with the procedure described in the "Return" section. Delays in delivery shall not be considered to be those cases in which the order has been placed at the disposal of the Client by the transport company within the agreed period and could not be delivered for reasons attributable to the Client. III. Delivery Data

If, subsequently, once the product has been checked, the Client detects any incident such as a blow, breakage, signs of having been opened or any damage caused by the shipment, he/she undertakes to inform THE COMPANY via email as soon as possible, within 24 hours of delivery. After this time, no such incidents will be dealt with.
V. Return procedure
Once you have received the order, you have a period of 10 days from the date of delivery of the product to return it without having to justify any cause or excuse. In this case the shipping costs will be borne by the customer. The customer shall bear all costs incurred as a result of exercising the right of withdrawal, as well as any deterioration of the product. Plana Distribuidora S.L. will bear the cost of collecting the wrong product and delivering the product corresponding to the one ordered. In case it is a gift. It can be exchanged if the product has not been unsealed and is in perfect condition.
The amount of the purchase will never be refunded, but it will be possible to exchange it for an article of the same or higher amount. Shipping costs, and the difference in price if any, will be paid by the person making the exchange.
