Prices - The prices shown are prices including 21% VAT.

Home delivery - Free shipping on mainland Spain for net orders over 300 €. For orders of lesser amounts, an automatically calculated amount will be charged for transport, which will be shown when placing the order.

Method of payment

Payment is always made when the order is confirmed. The accepted methods of payment are: Transfer or deposit in account / Credit-debit card / PayPal.

It is very important to indicate in the Concept of the operation and the number of the order to facilitate its identification. Once the transfer has been made, it is recommended to send the proof of payment to start preparing the order, otherwise, until the payment is received in the account, the order will not be processed.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

All shipments will be made through the transport agency arranged by our company. In the case of bulky and heavy shipments, delivery by the transport agency is made to the street number of the addressee; the agency is not obliged to deliver the goods to a floor above or below that number.

Delivery times

If items with different delivery times are added to the purchase, until all the material is ready, it will not be sent to its destination.

Once the goods have left the factory, the transport company will take time to deliver the goods to the address indicated, depending on the service contracted and the locality.

The delivery times indicated are approximate.

If there is any stock shortage or unavailability, we will inform you immediately and give you a new delivery date or, if it is not possible to deliver the product, we will cancel it.

In any case, a delay in delivery with respect to the deadlines indicated will not entitle the customer to claim any compensation.

Incidents in transport

If you notice any type of anomaly or deficiency in the item received, you must report it on the carrier's delivery note. In any case, you have 24 hours following receipt of the order to check the state of the order and claim through the sales department any possible error or deterioration. To do this, we recommend that you sign the delivery note indicating on it: "GOODS PENDING REVIEW". Claims for goods damaged in transport will be initiated by sending a photograph of the damaged material to our sales department. This photograph will speed up the evaluation of the damage, as well as the exchange for a new product or repair if necessary.

Returns

If the chosen product does not meet your expectations, you have 10 days to contact the sales department by telephone or email. After acceptance of the return by our sales department and receipt of the same, carriage paid by the customer, we will proceed to its review, if the material is in perfect condition and with its original packaging, we will proceed to the payment of the amount.

IMPORTANT: Plana Distribuidora S.L. will not resend any merchandise until the reception and state of the packaging and accessories of the article being returned or exchanged has been verified in our warehouse.

Failure to comply with these conditions will imply acceptance of having received the material in perfect condition and, therefore, there will be no place for any claim.
