What is the availability of the products?

All products in our shop are in stock, unless otherwise specified. If a product is out of stock at the time of ordering, we will contact you immediately to inform you of the restocking time, propose another similar product or refund the corresponding amount. It is therefore important that you provide us with your contact telephone number and e-mail address when you place your order.

Are shipping costs and VAT included?

On purchases over €200 net, shipping costs are paid.

VAT is shown on the product detail sheet. The shipping costs are detailed at the end of the order (depending on the destination and the urgency of the order).

How long does it take for my purchase to arrive?

In purchases made before 16:30h, are collected by the agency to be delivered the next day, until 19:00h.

Depending on the destination postcode it can take between 24h and 48h (Spain and Portugal peninsular).

For deliveries before 14:00, please note that this service is not available in all locations. It must be ensured that there is a delivery office within a radius of 20km from the nearest agency. It is worth checking before choosing this service.

Please note that if you place your order on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the parcel will not be prepared until the next working day.

Delivery times for the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands and Azores are longer.

What happens if I am not at home at the time of delivery?

The transport company will call you by phone or send you an email notifying you of the day and time of delivery. If you will not be able to be at home at that time, you can arrange a new date with them to receive the package.

Can I buy your products in a physical shop?

Of course we do, we have our physical shop located 34 km from Valencia in Albalat de la Ribera.

Our business hours are Monday to Friday from 08:00h to 14:00h in the morning and from 16:00h to 18:00h in the afternoon.

We will be pleased to attend you.

How can I return an item?

If you are unhappy with any item in your order you can return it to us. Send the item together with the case and original packaging to our warehouse, by post or other courier service. Don't forget to include a copy of your receipt or invoice with your personal details.

The refund of your purchase will be made when the package arrives at our facilities (and we check that it is in perfect condition), using the same system you used for payment during the purchase.
