FLEXIBLE WATERPROOFING MORTAR BASED ON HYDRAULIC BINDERS AND SYNTHETIC RESINS

SikaTop®-209 ES is a two-component, pre-dosed, flexible waterproofing mortar based on cement, selected aggregates and modified polymers.

APPLICATIONS

It can be used for waterproofing and surface protection coatings where flexibility is required to bridge small cracks. Some of the most common places where it can be used are:

• Tanks, swimming pools, canals or other elements intended to contain water, whether they are buried or unburied
• Interior waterproofing of basements
• Exterior waterproofing of buried walls
• Repair and protection of surfaces exposed to the action of ice and de-icing salts: bridge parapets, terrace and roof overhangs, cornices, etc.
• Protection of concrete structures in marine environments
• Waterproofing in contact with drinking water
