One-component waterproofing mortar, based on cement and synthetic resins

Sika MonoTop®-107 Seal Sealis a one-component, semi-flexible waterproofing mortar based on cement and modified polymers.
Sika MonoTop®-107 Seal Seal meets the requirements of UNE-EN 1504-2 as a protective coating.

USE

It can be used with or without reinforcement, on concrete, mortar, stone, fibre cement substrates and is suitable for:

• Waterproofing of tanks, swimming pools, canals, etc.
• Interior waterproofing of basements.
• Exterior waterproofing of buried walls.
• Repair and protection of surfaces exposed to the action of ice and de-icing salts: bridge parapets, terrace and roof overhangs, cornices, etc.
• Protection of concrete structures in marine environments.
• Waterproofing of drinking water tanks.

Sika MonoTop®-107 Seal can be used for protection of concrete structures:

• Suitable for protection against penetration (Principle 1, method 1.3 of UNE-EN 1504-9).
• Suitable for moisture control (Principle 2, method 2.2 of UNE-EN 1504-9).
• Suitable for increasing resistance (Principle 8, method 8.2 of UNE-EN 1504-9).
