Bonding primer for mortars and plasters

Adhesion primer, based on water-based acrylic resin, prior to the application of all types of cementitious mortars and plasters.

Uses

As a bonding bridge for:

• Mortars, both made on site, as well as dry or pre-dosed.
• Plasters, plaster.

The main substrates on which it can be used are:

• Concretes.
• Mortars, both normal and waterproof.
• Brick.
• Natural or artificial stone.
• Fibre cement.
• All materials that do not have zero porosity.

Some typical situations of use are:

• Adhesion layer for plastering.
• Adhesion layer for plastering.
• Joints between the partition wall and the pillar.

Advantages

• Provides a surface with good adhesion on substrates subjected to thermal variations, due to its flexibility.
• Non-flammable.
• Ready to use and easy to apply. Can even be sprayed.
• Long open time, even at high temperatures.
• When applied on horizontal surfaces, it maintains the cohesion avoiding the disintegration and dragging of the aggregate.
• Applicable on surfaces with some humidity (matt humidity), but not saturated or waterlogged.
• It maintains its tackiness for a long time, so it is not necessary to apply the mortar or plaster immediately afterwards.
• Not applicable on screeds for screeds with mortar.
